All of us at some point likely had skepticism about using coupons. In the beginning when you hear that someone spent $2 on $50 in products, you’re bound to wonder “Is this really possible?”. Its hard to grasp and difficult to think that a normal person can use a coupon and get a wonderful deal.
Over the next 2 weeks, I’m going to go through a series of myths that newbies might have preconceived notions about when it comes to using coupons.
Today’s myth is:
Am I right? Isn’t this the first thing that someone just starting out might say? In fact, this is exactly what I said before I started using coupons.
Well, this is in fact- a MYTH! The fact is, I could go to Walmart and get the Great Value brand chocolate syrup sauce for lets say $1.39. However, with a coupon I could get the Hershey syrup for just $.75 at Publix !

I spend my Sundays looking through fliers and clipping coupons and wonder if it's even worth waisting my time since I usually just buy generic items anyway. It seems like most of the time if I buy something with a coupon I'm really only getting it because I have the coupon, and it's not something I would usually purchase.
I would agree with you. Most of the times generics are cheaper than name brand even after coupons. However sometimes if you get a store sale and you compound it with a coupon you can get great deals on brand name items.

names like holiday inn ,comfort inn,i am going to Niagara falls august 31[labor day] 4 three days and hotels cost alot by it
You maybe able to get coupons in a travellers magazine at the NYS Thruway rest area's.I'm not so sure they will be any good for the time you need them but might be worth a shot.If possible look on the American side prices are more reasonable by far and it is much easyier to walk over the bridge into Canada rather than drive.Holiday weekends are terrible you can wait for hours to cross and thats both ways.

There was an advertisement on AIM a while ago and I went to it where I was able to print off a coupon for a free pair of colored contacts. I can't remember the brand name, though. Unfortunately, the coupon has been lost and I would like to print off another one. Anyone that can help me, that would be awesome. Thank you.
