Why the Bison is better than any £30m signing | FootballFanCast.com

The box-to-box midfielder is a bit of a dying art in modern football (due to many top sides’ preference to use defined defensive midfielders and attacking midfielders), but Essien in full flow is a joy to watch – easily the best midfielder, if not the best player at Chelsea.
He has a very intense style of playing football, maybe the sort of style which may lead to persistent injuries – I remember during Steven Gerrard’s days as a box-to-box man, he was injured a lot more often than he is now in his advanced support-striker role.
Essien surprises me because of one thing. He defies the odds. Injuries i know usually leave the most brilliant of players rusty especially when you are looking at six months. From his major long injury he bounced in back with a goal against Juventus to help out chelsea qualify and then further against man city in the prem league last two seasons. this season appears to be a replica. The truth… i am a Ghanaian and i hate to see him play that way for club because I love Man united.. all that withstanding he is my second favourite player and my fvourite in the EPL. Essien- fabulous talent he is!!!

Is ground Bison meat cooked the same way as regular ground beef?

We got this ground Bison from some friends of ours, I was planning on making spagetti tonight as I am short on groceries and wanted to use the Bison meat in the sauce. Do I cook it the same way as ground beef..in a pan?
And will it taste okay in spagetti...if not anyone have any easy ground bison recipies with normal things I'd have around the house?
You do prepare it the same way, however it is much, much leaner and has a denser taste. You will notice a difference. I like the taste and most people I know who have eaten it also like it. They make wonderful grilled burgers!!!

Bison is really lean. You will need to put a little oil in the skillet so it will not stick when you are browning it.

We eat Buffalo meat all the time. It's very lean. It's great for cooking. No so great if just formed into a patty and thrown on the grill. It needs seasoning and is therefore better in recipes. It's great in spaghetti, chili, lasagna, etc...

What exactly is the flavor of unseasoned, cooked bison burger?

Without added seasonings, is bison burger mild in taste like beef, or is it very gamy like venison burger? Just curious. Do these restaurants that serve bison burgers add any spices to the meat or do they simply serve it like a regular beef burger?
Buffalo burgers are awesome. I had one at Indian Summer or some shit here. I can't describe it, but if you like meat, you'll dig on the buffalo.
